Mandarin Oriental Hotel Palace

Lucerne, Switzerland

W&P Engineering was responsible for the technical modernization of the historic hotel. The heating is provided by reversible lake water heat pumps, while peak load is covered by gas. The building model was created using a building scan to enable optimal technical coordination through BIM.

Ecore One

by Infener AG

The Ecore One is a comprehensive system solution that can supply buildings with heat and electricity completely self-sufficiently and all year round. It converts surplus electricity from renewable energies into hydrogen on site and back into electricity when required.

Nidfeld residential development

Krinz, Switzerland

In the Brünighof residential development, W&P Engineering implemented sustainable building technology, including a 130m² thermal solar system for heating domestic hot water. An innovative ventilation system was also designed for the noise-exposed commercial spaces, achieving significant energy optimization.

Innovation Arc

Augsburg, Germany

Sustainability is the leading idea carrying the Innovation Arc’s holistic design. The building benefits from a sophisticated emersion into the surrounding landscape, maximizes flexibility and efficiency in floor plan utilization and is a very technical technical service concept. The facade integrates photovoltaics, sun-shade elements and lighting components.

The Oyster

Abu Dhabi

The building is characterized by a clear, futuristic symmetry that combines both aesthetic and functional elements. The facade integrates photovoltaic systems, sun-shade elements, and lighting components to ensure sustainable energy generation and efficient use. Currently, the building is still in the planning and concept phase.
